Phinezy is proudly based in the United States. We serve customers nationwide and ship our swimwear and fitness wear across the U.S.

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

At Phinezy, we carefully inspect and package each order before it is shipped. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, used, washed, or tried on.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds or store credit.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged during transit.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the damage.

• You must provide your order confirmation or receipt.

• You must provide clear photographic proof of the damage.

• The item must remain unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Once we receive the requested information, our team will review the damage. If your exchange is approved, we will process and ship a replacement item.

If your exchange request is not approved, you will be notified by email with an explanation.

Please note: Phinezy is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, handling, or normal wear and tear.
